Noon Roberts are delighted to confirm contracts have been completed on the sale of 2 of the largest Industrial buildings in Newton Abbot this year on the popular Brunel Road Industrial Estate, the prime Estate for the area.

Acting on behalf of 2 retained clients, Noon Roberts negotiated the purchase of 1 Brunel Road which was 2,657 sq.m (28,536 sq.ft) and 1 Minerva Way which was 3,137 sq.m (33,762 sq.ft) on sites of 0.46 ha (1.14 acres) and 0.65 ha (1.61 acres) respectively.  The premises were the local headquarters buildings of DB Glass and the Epwin Group.  JLL’s Exeter office acted on behalf of the vendors.

The premises were initially marketed on a leasehold basis until sales were agreed for both at a total value close to £4 millions pounds.  Tony Noon confirmed there is currently a significant shortage of large quality Industrial / Warehouse units in the Teignbridge area with supply at a record low, creating considerable demand when units do become available.  The sales were concluded off market and represent a significant investment in the Town and a sign of confidence in Teignbridge as an area to do business.
