Two Industrial Lettings recently completed on Marsh Barton – more property required

Noon Roberts are delighted to confirm the letting of 2 modern Industrial / Trade Counter Units on the popular Marsh Barton and Matford Business Park.

The first was 5 Jardine Park in Bradham Way at Grace Road West on Marsh Barton which totalled 539 sq.m (5,805 sq.ft) with a generous parking allocation of 10 vehicles to the front and has been let to Nordic Design off a quoting rent of £43,500 per annum. The new tenants will be creating a showroom and manufacturing facility for their range of Aluminium Glazing products.
